Degassing Module for Solvent/Chemical Liquid
This is a degassing module adopting PTFE for the degassing membrane; all liquid contact parts are made of fluoroplastic.
It also enables the degassing of liquid such as acid, alkali and organic solvent.
[ Application ]
- Degassing and Debubbling of Liquid Used in the Manufacturing Process of Semiconductors and LCD. (Various Resist, Thinner, Medical Fluid, etc.)
- Degassing and Debubbling of Solvent-based Jet Ink.
Degassing Mechanism of PF-F
Removing dissolved gas in the liquid by using PTFE gas permeable hollow fiber membrane.
To be more precise, as you can see from the below drawing, by vacuuming outside of PTFE hollow fibers, dissolved gases in the flowing liquid are removed by the difference in the partial pressure between inside and outside.
