PPS Guide Data
DIC.PPS is available in a variety of grades in order to coincide with various properties and applications of requirements. DIC.PPS includes the following six categories of grades.

Glass fiber reinforced or un-reinforced series.

The PPS product group which is filled fiber glass 0 to 50 weight % includes cross-linked polymer based compound and linear polymer based compound series. This compound group is well balanced the excellent engineering properties and processability.

Glass fiber and mineral filled series.

The PPS product group which is filled fiber glass and mineral highly filled includes cross-linked polymer based compound and linear polymer based compound series and comparatively high cost performance molding materials.

Super tough PPS series.

Super tough ‘Z’ series is enhanced a impact resistance and elongation at break and has strong resistance for mechanical vibration and thermal shock. Therefore, Z series are the suitable for the automotive under hood parts

Modified and alloy PPS series.

Modified and alloy PPS is improved the weakness of conventional PPS compounds. Especially, flash and warpage during the injection molding process are reduced.

Self lubricant, electric conductive and others.

These compounds group includes self lubricant, electro conductive, surface flatness and improved adhesive bonding grades.

Encapsulation series for electronic devices.

Ultra low pressure molding materials for a encapsulation of electronic devices.
